When you decided to launch an ambitious and innovative HR transformation project to support the Group’s growth, why did you choose Palmer Consulting?
VB: When we decided to work with a project management consultancy on this highly structured project, it was clear to us that our choice would be a “hands on” consultancy.
We needed a partner to guide us (to help us choose), to alert us (to simplify our processes) but also to do and act alongside us. We quickly identified that Palmer would be able to take full ownership of our objective.

What were the main qualities of Palmer Consulting’s consultants that you retain in this digital transformation?
VB: The Palmer team was exemplary throughout the project. The trust that was quickly established between the Sogetrel and Palmer teams, the technical relevance of each theme, the facilitation of workshops and the PMO skills of the AMOA teams made this project a real success. Neither the extremely ambitious deadlines, nor the perilous challenge of successfully implementing the HRIS in an IT environment that was becoming increasingly sophisticated within the Group (creation of an MDM, ERP changeover in the same timeframe, etc.) altered the quality of Palmer’s actions.

Was there anything special about working with Palmer Consulting?
VB: The commitment of each member of the Palmer team came with a lot of energy. Positive, it quickly became communicative. Our mutual commitment to preserving the quality of our working relationships and exchanges enabled us to get through the tense moments, specific to each project, with a great deal of professionalism but also pleasure.

In conclusion?
VB: Our HRIS project, christened Ginko (Talent Management IS covering at this stage in master HR Core mode Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Career Interviews, Employee Portal and Employee File) has been live since February 8, 2021. Job done!
