After several years’ experience with large, established consulting firms, I decided to join PALMER, a human-scale firm with a strong entrepreneurial dimension.

Since joining the company, I’ve had the opportunity to carry out a wide variety of assignments in terms of business sectors (luxury goods, banking and audiovisual) and functions (digital marketing, strategic marketing, communications, operations and data science), and to take charge of the firm’s digital communications and content strategy.

Today, as Senior Manager and Head of Missions, I have the pleasure of helping consultants grow and supporting Crédit Agricole S.A.’s Development, Customer and Innovation Division in the launch of France’s first banking website, the flagship project of its Customer Project.

My business development internship was a very rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. The day-to-day contact with business leaders was challenging, and the atmosphere and teamwork at PALMER were fantastic. Last but not least, these few months have enabled me to discover the world of consulting in various fields, all within a prestigious firm, in a position of responsibility.

I’ve been with the firm since the beginning of 2022, working on financial management issues for one of the major players in the banking sector. In parallel with my mission, I was quickly appointed Operations Director and am therefore responsible for managing various internal projects (CSR / training / staffroom …). The firm lets me be a driving force behind its development, both in terms of creating new offers and recruiting, as well as organizing internal events to promote team cohesion.

Interview Manager

Maintenance Associates

A face-to-face interview at the PALMER office in central Paris to meet a partner, present your ambitions, link your expertise with existing opportunities at the firm, and finally validate your salary expectations and your place within the firm.
