Following its acquisition by an investment fund, a company specializing in customer relationship management solutions launched an ambitious project to overhaul its information system, with the aim of modernizing its Finance, CRM and HRIS functions. The aim was to deploy a high-performance ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, to standardize processes between entities and guarantee unified performance measurement. Thanks to our expertise in ERP deployment and change management, we managed this complex project in coordination with local and international teams, ensuring perfect synchronization with the group’s imperatives. The project enabled us to optimize key processes while meeting the tight deadlines imposed.
